Barb Neuman, President

Barb Neuman founded Lean-On-Me Business Consulting Inc. with the belief that small business owners and mid-size company executives should have access to professional business services, without incurring expensive staff or facility overhead.

With over 30 years of corporate, small business and non-profit experience, Barb has developed a reputation as a trusted business advisor and dependable resource with excellent client service. Her exceptional written and business communication skills and demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines have contributed to her successful client engagements. She provides her clients with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of business management, office automation, advanced level MS Office proficiency and database development to achieve maximum business efficiencies.

Veronique Mantha, Account Manager

Veronique Mantha manages Lean On Me’s customer relationships, with the goal of providing timely, accurate responses to inquires. Her bookkeeping expertise, attention to detail and ability to quickly organize physical files and spaces have been recognized by her clients. She has completed Payroll Compliance Legislation training and is meticulous in her focus on compliance and privacy.

Veronique has over 10 years experience in sales, operations and logistics management, gained while working for a major sports apparel manufacturer. Veronique organized international tradeshows throughout North America and developed long term client relationships with wholesalers and retailers. She also managed seasonal workers and delivered staff training in a high volume pick-and-pack operation.

Melissa Mansfield, Account Manager

Melissa brings over 11 years of administrative and business development experience to Lean On Me. She has worked in both small business and large multinational corporate environments, much of that time in finance and commercial development departments. Her talent for working closely with international clients on contract reviews, large scale costings and tenders provides our clients with the highest standards of professionalism.

Her attention to detail and ability to quickly orient herself in new environments make her an invaluable asset to Lean On Me’s clients.
